Dispatch. All orders are packed and shipped from our Brisbane warehouse.

Processing. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day.

Carrier. Australia Post.

Standard shipping. 2 to 5 business days, Australia-wide. Free on orders over $80.

Express shipping. 1 to 3 business days.

New Zealand. Tracked shipping with Australia Post, 5 to 10 business days. Free on orders over A$80, which covers every set. Under that, a flat rate shows at checkout.
