Shipping Info (International)

Where it ships from. UK, European, US, Canadian, Mexican, Swiss and UAE orders ship from our warehouse partner, so you're not waiting on a parcel from Australia.

Pre-orders. Our first international stock lands mid-November. Order now and yours goes out as soon as it arrives. We'll email you when it ships.

Processing. Once stock is in, orders go out within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping cost. Free on every set. A single harness or accessory on its own ships for a small flat rate, shown at checkout.

Delivery times. United States 8 to 13 business days. Canada 10 to 15 business days. United Kingdom 6 to 12 business days. Europe 8 to 13 business days. Mexico, Switzerland and the UAE 8 to 15 business days.

Tracking. Every parcel is tracked. The tracking number comes by email once it ships.

Duties and taxes. Nothing to pay on delivery. No customs bill and no courier fee at the door.

Where we deliver. The UK, the EU, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, the UAE, and the US (the 48 contiguous states, DC and Puerto Rico). We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territories yet.
