Returns And Exchanges

We want you (and your pup) to love your Pawley product — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Allow 3–5 business days from receipt of returned item

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
