Returns And Exchanges

If your Pawley isn't right for your dog, we're happy to help.

Returns

• Return requests within 30 days of delivery.
• Items unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Size exchanges

• Need a different size? Email us within 30 days and we'll arrange it. Once your item arrives back unused, the new size ships free.

Refunds

• Refunded to your original payment method.
• Allow 3 to 5 business days from when your return reaches us.

Return postage

• We cover postage on faulty items. For size exchanges and change of mind, return postage is yours; we post the new size free.
