If your Pawley isn't right for your dog, we're happy to help.

Returns

• Return requests within 30 days of delivery.
• Items unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Size exchanges

• Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within 30 days. Email us and we'll arrange it.

Refunds

• Refunded to your original payment method.
• Allow 3 to 5 business days from when your return reaches us.

Return postage

• We cover postage on size exchanges and faulty items. Otherwise return postage is yours.
